Yoga Retreat

I have been attending Bex’s classes for about a year, but it was quite a big decision to attend a five-day retreat with a group of people I didn’t know.  It is however no surprise to me that Bex attracted a wonderful group of people who were warm and open from the outset. 

Bex frequently has attendees in tears, and not in the way you might think. They are tears of happiness and relief and release. She has an innate ability to get you to look at yourself kindly and identify what you genuinely need from your practice. 

The classes were varied and designed for people at all levels, so don’t feel intimidated. You can attend as many or as few as you wish. I personally took quite a bit of time out for myself as I enjoy my own space. 

For those still unsure, I have to admit that I was a slight yoga sceptic initially and attended for mainly physical rather than spiritual reasons. While my physical health has improved dramatically, Bex has also had a huge impact on my life and my confidence (I’m in smiley-tears writing this) and I cannot recommend her more highly.
